The Play Makers Team

Christine Rupp , MS, CCLS

Christine has an educational background in child developmental and visual art, as well as a Master's Degree in Family Support and Parenting Education from Wheelock College. She is a Certified Child Life Specialist and has spent the past five years building a Child Life program at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH. In this role she worked passionately to provide education and support to children and families during difficult medical experiences. Recently she has enjoyed the joys and challenges of embracing her entrepreneurial spirit and bringing Play Makers to life, though her favorite pass time is laughing and playing with her daughter Laurellai.

Douglas Rupp , BS

Owner & Business Manager

Douglas has an educational background in business management and years of experience in human services, working with children and adults with cognitive delays. While his dream of business ownership has come true, as much as he enjoys handling taxes, accounting and legal paperwork, he'd rather be chasing Laurellai around the park!
